loviPeer Privacy Policy

I. Protocol Overview

Welcome to use the loviPeer AI Companion Robot (hereinafter referred to as "this Product") developed by Beijing Loveaxi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We"). We always regard user privacy protection as a core principle, strictly abide by Chinese laws and regulations, and are committed to providing safe and reliable services for you and your children. Please read this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") carefully before activating the device for the first time. Checking "Agree" means that you have understood and accepted all the content of this Policy.

II. Information We Collect

(I) Necessary Information Collection

To achieve the basic functions of this Product (such as device activation, account binding, and dialogue interaction), we only collect the following necessary information:

1. Device Information: Device serial number and Wi-Fi network name (SSID) are required during activation for device binding and network connection.
2. Account Information: When activating via the WeChat Mini Program, we will obtain your WeChat OpenID to create a user account and for identity verification.
3. Usage Data: Only basic logs of dialogue interactions (such as message sending time and device response status) are recorded, not involving specific dialogue content.

(II) Impact of Refusal to Provide Information

If you refuse to provide the above necessary information, you will not be able to complete device activation and use this Product normally.

(III) Sensitive Information Not Collected

We promise strictly NOT to collect the following sensitive information:

• Personal privacy information (such as contact information, ID number, etc.);
• Property-related information (such as payment data, bank accounts, consumption records, etc.);
• Biometric information (such as face, fingerprints, etc.; this Product has no camera or biometric functions);
• Other information that may leak user privacy (such as location information, device sensor data, etc.).

III. Use of Information

(I) Purpose of Use

The information we collect is used only for the following purposes:

1. Device activation, account management, and network connection;
2. Optimizing product functions (such as fixing technical faults and improving dialogue response efficiency);
3. Sending you necessary service notifications (such as device firmware update reminders).

(II) Data Not Used for Training

Special Statement: Your dialogue content with loviPeer will NOT be used for the training or optimization of any large models.

IV. Information Protection Measures

(I) Data Transmission Security

We use encryption technology leading in the AI industry to protect the data transmission process, ensuring secure communication between the device and the server, and preventing data from being stolen or tampered with during transmission.

(II) Data Storage Security

1. Device information and account information are stored on compliant servers within China, with strictly restricted access permissions, accessible only to authorized personnel;
2. Regular security audits and vulnerability scans are conducted to ensure the safety of the data storage system;
3. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized in a timely manner.

(III) Security Protocol Guarantee

We have established a comprehensive internal data security management system, conduct strict privacy protection training for employees, and clarify data usage permissions and responsibilities to prevent improper use of data by internal personnel.

(IV) Account Cancellation and Data Deletion

You may cancel your account at any time through “Me” → “Account → “Delete Account”. After confirming the cancellation, your account will be permanently deleted, and all associated user information and usage records will be completely deleted or anonymized. The cancelled account and related data cannot be recovered, and no information will be retained after deletion, except where retention is required by applicable laws or regulations.

V. Changes and Termination of the Policy

(I) Notification of Changes

We may modify this Policy according to laws and regulations or product function adjustments. The updated Policy will be published in the WeChat Mini Program announcement column and you will be reminded in the form of a pop-up window. If you do not agree with the updated content, you can choose to stop using this Product and apply to delete data.

(II) Termination Circumstances

This Policy terminates under the following circumstances:

1. You actively withdraw consent or cancel your account;
2. This Product ceases operation (we will announce it 60 days in advance and delete or anonymize your information).

VI. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of dispute, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be filed with the People's Court having jurisdiction where We are located.
